The data that is collected for its quality and depth and reveals attitudes and opinions. this can reveal useful results but can also be unreliable. It can take a lot of time to compile the data and get something useful from it.
Quantitative
This is data that means it can be added up. It can also be collected on a large scale and reveals broad trends and preferences. It's very easy to collate into graphs and charts.

The action or activity of gathering information about consumer's needs and preferences. they give out surveys and questionnaires on the internet. This is so that they have a better understanding of what their audience is like and what they prefer

you have to look into what your audience is into and do what they're into. They need to find out what the age of there audience is and what they are interested in.

looking into how to produce it and whether it's viable to make. production research is needed to develop the product. This research helps make the product better and more reliable
